Jason Waller – Principal
PART 1
He first joined the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) and completed a Bachelor of Science before graduating as a pilot. Jason went on to serve as an AP-3C Orion pilot during the Cold War, before being promoted to Squadron Leader and eventually Wing Commander.
Jason had the privilege to command units in Australia and overseas in combat operations.
His accomplishments were recognised in the 2009 Australia Day Honours list, when he was awarded the Conspicuous Service Cross for his contribution to the Air Force’s pilot training capability.
After 22 successful years in the RAAF, Jason pivoted from service life and began a career in the private sector.
PART 2
His career journey over the next ten years covered a variety of operational, commercial, sales and project positions. He focused on leading large national organisations through strategic growth and commercialisation phases.
His performance earned him national awards.
All this led him to become CEO of two Perth-based listed technology start-ups. He has extensive experience propelling organisational growth from seed capital raising, through to IPO, commercialisation and enterprise-wide business transformation.
He founded Climb Performance to assist Founders, CEOs and executives teams achieve a similar HIGH-PERFORMANCE culture and scale their business.
